The breathing journey itself lasts 70-80 minutes, with an 'active' breathing phase and a 'passive' relaxation phase. Harmonizing your nervous system and integrating the process, we may incorporate bodywork and energy practices to release tension and restore natural rhythms. Your comfort is vital, and touch is always optional.
Post-session, we debrief, addressing your journey, questions, and providing tailored recommendations to help you integrate this experience.
